To ensure a smooth experience, please have the following ready:

  • Logo Files: Preferably in PNG or SVG format.​

  • Brand Colors and Fonts: Hex codes and font names.​

  • Domain Registrar Details: Login information for your domain provider (e.g., GoDaddy, Squarespace).​

  • Current Website Access: Credentials for platforms like WordPress, Wix, etc.​

Our aim is to have your website up and running within 3 months, ensuring you receive the maximum return on your investment promptly.

We believe in clear communication! To ensure a smooth and seamless process, we will require your feedback throughout. In the event that we do not hear from you, the project may extend beyond the 3-month timeframe and work will be put on hold until we receive your input.

Timeline and Process

Our process is broken down into four stages:

Website Build Process

1. Discover

Our process starts with discovering all there is to know about you and your business. You'll complete our Onboarding Form and submit necessary files & content crucial to your website project.

2. Build

Next, you'll review and approve your sitemap. After that, our developers will get to work coding your website. Once the initial build is complete, we'll send you a first reveal and get your feedback.

3. Launch

After first reveal, we'll tweak the website based on your feedback and collect any outstanding content from you. Once all edits are completed and your site is pixel-perfect, we'll get your final seal of approval to launch.

4. Optimize

Congratulations - your website is live! But the work doesn't stop here; in fact, it's only beginning. We continuously monitor & track your website, making adjustments as needed to ensure optimal performance.

Build out of a stylized, multi-page website based on one of our templates built with modern, best practices for website design & accessibility
Responsive website design, so your site looks good at all screen sizes (phone, tablet, computer)
Patient Survey Page
Website Hosting & SSL Certificate
Monthly Website Maintenance (Fix broken links, widgets, plugins, etc.)
Monthly Content Changes (1 hour): Add/Remove Employees, Update Photos, Add Policies, etc.

Yes! Some of our most popular add-ons are SEO, website content creation, branding, google ads & more. If you are interested in upgrading, please contact your account manager for more details!

Our goal is to have your website up and running within the first 90 days, but this depends on your feedback throughout the process. Delays may occur if we don't receive your input promptly.

We believe in clear communication! You'll have a dedicated account manager as your primary contact, and we'll require your feedback throughout the process to ensure a smooth experience. Our team will contact you by email for the most part. We will reach out by phone and provide opportunities for video screenshares to review your website if needed.

Our partnership doesn't end at launch! We provide ongoing support, monthly website optimization, website security & website hosting.
